Notice - We have been bombarded by a pizza company putting flyers on the doors. They are not approved to do this, and the management has been trying for over a year to catch them but they are being outsmarted by a pizza flyer guy. If you get a flyer on your door, I highly recommend you throw it away and not purchase from them. Your stomach will thank me later!
Notice - Google Maps is reporting Celadon Beach Resort Unit 1002 as permanently closed. The resort is open! I have notified Google to get this mistake corrected!
On September 19th, 2023, the Celadon Board of Directors authorized the use of ring video doorbells on unit balconies. We, at Unit 1002, believe that is an infringement on the reasonable expectation of privacy beyond the front door. While video doorbells are a useful tool to monitor the front entry door, the ability to monitor both activity and conversation on a balcony crosses the line. While we do use a video doorbell to monitor the front entry door for security reasons, we will never install any monitoring devices on a private balcony. Rest assured that your privacy is protected when you rent Unit 1002.

Meg and I were blessed to be gifted a stay in Panama City Beach by an absolutely beautiful family right after I got out of the hospital. This trip was filled with sunrises, sunsets, oysters galore, a trip to shell island, and the most aquatic life I have ever experienced. We saw dolphins, sting rays, sea turtles, and so many jellyfish. I actually had to jump over a jelly as it was coming at me hot We ate delicious food and soaked up some of the best views of the Gulf that I have ever seen. It was exactly what we needed to rest and recharge after a pretty intense year. Meg woke up this morning saying she couldn’t fall back to sleep without the sound of the waves

The view from the balcony is amazing, the room is clean and kitchen has everything you need to be able to stay in and eat whenever you choose. "My wife and I were looking for a place to stay when we were going on Aug. 14 thru 19. We were looking at different places when we found this condo. I called the phone # listed and got Rob the owner. He was so helpful getting everything set up and payment made and when we arrived it was so nice inside and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and I would recommend this condo to anyone going to Panama City and if we go back again I will definitely be calling Rob again."

BEAUTIFUL AND IMMACULATE

"We stayed over Labor Day weekend 2020. This condo is on the 10th floor with amazing views! The elevators are VERY SPEEDY here, so it was never an issue getting to our room quickly. The balcony is spacious, sliding glass doors work perfectly, and there is a sliding door from master to balcony. The front bedroom with 1 queen is large and well appointed. The bunk room is small, but functional with a TV. My two 9 year old daughters loved staying in there and having their own room. The kitchen is nicer than pictured as it has all new stainless steel appliances with ice maker in fridge and cubes in the door. It is rare to find a beach condo with such a nice and new fridge. The condo was stocked with a great number of pots and pans and a corkscrew for wine. We bought things to make pina coladas and we were surprised that there wasn't a blender. That is the only thing missing in our opinion. We were concerned about the parking deck across the street, but the covered walkover was fabulous! They pipe fun beach music into it and it is SUPER cold in there with all the air-conditioning. We loved walking across the walkover. There were TONS of carts available to bring our things. The pools were not crowded at all on Labor day weekend--not even the one by the gulf. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo too for you to use. The beach chairs are nice--the Tommy Bahama kind--which is important to us. There are also a couple of boogie boards in the condo. The condo is within walking distance to Alvin's island and it is only half a mile from the FAMOUS THOMAS DONUTS--a must!!! Get there early as the line gets long--Arriving at 6am is best! Getting a spot on the beach at this condo was easy, even though it is a high rise and we were there Labor Day weekend! The beach was NOT CROWDED at all. WE LOVED IT HERE!."

“Our family stayed at Rob's condo for a week in June. We were very pleased with the location of the condo because it was on the more quiet end of the beach. The unit 1002 itself was super clean, had everything we needed including beach chairs, and the kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking. The beds were comfortable and we loved that the bunks had their own room. The parking was easy and in a covered garage. The Celadon property was well kept and close to the grocery and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.”
