Booking Policies for Unit 1002
Payment & Deposit
To confirm your reservation, we require a $250 initial payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically processed 45 days before your arrival. We accept all major credit cards/checks/Paypal/Venmo/Zelle to make your booking process as seamless as possible. Sorry, no AMEX
Cancellations
We offer a full refund (Less a $50 cancellation fee) for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in. For changes within 30 to 60 days, a 50% refund is provided. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST to ensure our housekeeping team has Unit 1002 in pristine condition for you. Check-out is by 10:00 AM CST on your day of departure. Keyless entry codes are provided via email the week of your arrival.
House Rules
We strive to provide a clean, relaxing environment. Unit 1002 is strictly smoke-free and pet-free. We ask that quiet hours be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please follow all Celadon Beach Resort guidelines to ensure a wonderful experience for all guests.
